Conditions for Participation in the supporting programme

• All submissions must be designed as papers, be clearly practice-orientated, have technically neutral contents, be free from advertising and be manufacturer-neutral.
• A 20-minute lecture and a 5-minute discussion are envisaged for each speaker.
• All submitted applications will be submitted to the acoustex team for selection. Selection criteria are the timely receipt of your documents, the contents and editing, the up-to-dateness, the innovation content and relevance to the acoustex topics.
• High-resolution portrait photographs of the speakers.
• The organizer is not obliged to accept the lecture.

• We proactively communicate and document the acoustex highlights before and after the trade fair and thus provide free-of-charge advertising and PR for exhibitors and speakers. For this purpose, the lecture may also be recorded and used in text, audio and video form.
• The speakers shall provide the organizer with the lecture slides as pdf file timely before the start of the trade fair
a) for free-of-charge use
b) for qualitative assessment of the lecture
c) for publication after the event.

• Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH in its capacity as organizer of acoustex will ensure the widest possible dissemination of the lecture topics and the speakers presenting them to interested visitors and the specialised trade media on its web platform before trade fair start.
• The organizer will draw the visitors’ attention to the forums during the acoustex trade fair by means of suitable display media.
• The trade media relevant for these topics will be informed in great detail by Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund GmbH about the forum programme through the pertinent communication channels.
